Job Description
1 Stop Technologies, a dynamic B2B company based in the US, is looking for an HR Executive and an HR Manager to be part of our team in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. The successful candidates will oversee the complete HR lifecycle, which includes recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
- Develop and execute effective HR strategies.
- Facilitate onboarding and training programs for new hires.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field; 2–5 years of experience for the Executive role; 5+ years for the Manager role.
Compensation: Rs. 70,00 – 110,00 per month.
