1AZ0 Marketing (Pvt) Ltd. is excited to announce an opening for a Call Center Assistant to become a valuable member of our team. The selected candidate will be tasked with handling incoming calls, responding to customer emails, providing essential service information, and meticulously documenting all call records in accordance with our standard operating procedures.
Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in English, and 1-2 years of experience in a call center setting. Strong communication and customer service skills are vital, as well as the capacity to effectively manage high-pressure situations.
