1AZ0 Marketing (Pvt) Ltd is currently looking for enthusiastic and experienced International Callers to join our Customer Support Agent team. This position primarily involves making outbound calls to our clients in the United States.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently resolving customer complaints.
- Staying informed about company products and services.
- Responding to incoming calls with professionalism.
- Conducting outbound follow-up calls and surveys.
