Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced International Caller to join our team, providing exceptional outbound call services to our U.S. clients. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in communication and customer service, ready to make an impact.
Requirements:
- Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Proven interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.
- Sales-driven with expertise in managing objections and finalizing bookings.
- Proficient in MS Office and call center software (such as Zendesk and Salesforce).
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory. Compensation includes a salary up to Rs40,00.00 per month, alongside uncapped commissions and performance incentives.
