Job Description
24/7 DCT is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a robust background in U.S. accounting, payroll processing, and taxation. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, demonstrated leadership abilities, and experience in managing a finance department. This role entails overseeing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring compliance with U.S. payroll regulations and tax laws, as well as guiding the team during U.S. business hours (night shift).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations in the U.S.
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. taxation regulations.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
