Job Description
Three Percent | Core Hub is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to oversee our human resources operations on the night shift, from 6 PM to 3 AM. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR management experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to fostering a supportive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies while managing recruitment processes.
- Oversee employee onboarding and provide ongoing training.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and monitor staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and promote a positive company culture.
Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years in HR management, with at least 1 year of experience in the BPO sector, a strong grasp of labor laws, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software are required.
