We are looking for a committed Customer Support Officer to efficiently manage daily operations, assist employees with their inquiries, and escalate issues when necessary. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding English communication skills, strong data management abilities, and a knack for problem-solving. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 0-1 year of relevant experience.
