Job Description
We seek a detail-oriented Medical Billing Team Lead to oversee billing operations, supervise staff, and ensure timely, accurate claim submission and denial resolution. The lead will optimize the revenue cycle, train and mentor team members, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with clinical and finance teams to implement process improvements.
- Minimum 3 years of medical billing experience; at least 1 year supervisory experience
- Proficient in ICD-10, CPT, EOB interpretation, payer rules, and billing/EHR software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and attention to detail
