Job Description
ATU Logistics is looking for a committed Customer Service Representative to become part of our dynamic team in Phase 6, DHA, Lahore. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs 50,00, with the potential to earn up to Rs 100,00 through commissions.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional English communication skills and a fundamental understanding of logistics services. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, supplying service information, processing requests, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Applicants should demonstrate strong customer service abilities and the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively. Our office hours are from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM.
