Job Description
ASK Development Limited is looking for motivated and professional Banking Helpline Agents to become a vital part of our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in the telecom sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer queries.
- Process customer orders, confirm details, and manage payments.
- Update and maintain customer account information as needed.
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month (includes performance-based incentives).
Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 6 months of experience in the banking sector (CSR).
Location: Lahore (in-person only).
