Job Description
ASK Development Limited is looking for a dedicated Customer Services Representative to join our dynamic team in Lahore. This opportunity is particularly suitable for recent graduates eager to embark on a career in customer service.
Hiring Criteria:
- Must be a graduate from a reputable university.
- Fluency in English and Urdu (neutral dialect) is required.
- Preference given to candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience.
- Salary range: $32K – $45K plus performance-based incentives.
- Rotational shifts are part of the schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer calls and provide online support.
- Coordinate effectively with the Operations team.
- Create and resolve Network Trouble Tickets.
After 6 months, based on performance, there is an option for remote work.
