Job Description
AYN Manufacturing Company is on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions and overseeing administrative operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process effectively.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Support the performance management system.
- Address and resolve employee queries.
Requirements:
- BBA/MBA degree in HR or a related field.
