Job Description
PayMedics is actively seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to join our esteemed medical billing team. The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of extensive experience in the medical billing sector, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory or assistant management capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily medical billing operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage billing teams to meet performance targets and promote excellence.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on billing metrics and revenue cycles.
- Work collaboratively with management to refine billing processes.
