Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Plant Controller to enhance our plant processes through comprehensive analysis and reporting. This role is pivotal in ensuring adherence to costing standards while uncovering opportunities for cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align and manage the Standard Cost Budget.
- Coordinate and implement Dynamic Forecasting initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams to successfully complete the PET Line.
- Validate and oversee improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with established reporting standards.
- Conduct product benchmarking.
- Facilitate Business Review meetings.
- Report on variances and cost savings.
