Job Description
B & H Surgical Instrument is looking for a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and demonstrate a thorough understanding of industry compliance standards. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in the surgical industry and proficiency in technical drawing management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure full compliance.
- Manage and maintain technical drawings and related systems.
- Ensure adherence to Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and Unique Device Identifier (UDI) requirements.
- Develop and implement effective quality control systems.
- Identify quality issues and initiate corrective actions.
- Provide training to staff on quality management protocols.
