Job Description
Medheave Healthcare IT Services is looking for a dedicated Client Relationship Manager who is skilled in building and maintaining strong client partnerships while delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be available for on-site evening shifts from 5 PM to 2 AM in Rawalpindi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring their trust and satisfaction.
- Oversee onboarding processes and facilitate smooth client transitions.
- Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with clients.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA and CMS regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance billing success.
