Job Description
Techcreatix is in search of a skilled and proactive HR Generalist who possesses a strong background in Training & Development (T&D). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing essential HR functions while also designing, implementing, and assessing impactful employee development programs that foster both individual and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Design and implement engaging training programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of HR Generalist experience, with an emphasis on T&D.
- Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
