Job Description
Benchmark BPO Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to become part of our dynamic team as a Customer Sales Representative. In this vital role, you will cultivate strong relationships with customers, provide exceptional service, and actively promote our products and services to meet sales targets.
Your key responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, promoting and selling our offerings, and assisting in resolving customer issues to enhance their experience. Exceptional English communication skills (both verbal and written) and a strong customer-focused mindset are required. Experience in customer sales is preferred, and candidates must be available to work night shifts.
