Job Description
Misix LLC, a prominent Business Process Outsourcing center established in 2015, is actively seeking a dedicated full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Islamabad. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, proficiency in CRM systems, and the ability to perform efficiently under pressure. A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
We offer competitive compensation ranging from Rs40,00.00 to Rs100,00.00 per month, with a contract duration of 12 months.
