Job Description
Join our dynamic team at PepsiCo as a Shift Incharge! In this pivotal role, you will oversee three warehouses, including our in-house facility, a third-party cold storage site, and an oil terminal. Your responsibilities will encompass procurement and inventory management, ensuring adherence to industry regulations, and optimizing material handling to minimize write-offs.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in commerce and possess 3-5 years of experience in team leadership. Essential skills include strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities. Proficiency in computer applications and excellent interpersonal skills are also required to excel in this position.
