Job Description
Q-Links Property Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a polished, professional, and personable Receptionist to join our team at our Bahria Town office in Lahore. In this full-time, on-site role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for clients and visitors, playing a vital role in establishing a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests, manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, maintain an organized reception area, schedule appointments, sort mail, and provide support for administrative tasks.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred (Intermediate with relevant experience is acceptable), along with 1–2 years of experience in a similar position, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
