Job Description
HR First Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shift Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will adhere to Prescreener’s guidelines for recipe releases to bulk, while also striving to enhance the Lab to bulk success rates. Key responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring seamless laboratory operations, and managing recipe error files to improve efficiency.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, accompanied by 1-2 years of relevant experience. We particularly encourage female applicants to apply for this role.
This is a full-time position that requires in-person attendance.
