Job Description

Milele is seeking a dedicated IT Support Officer to join our team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for delivering first-line technical support to our internal personnel, effectively resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Your duties will include managing support requests, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and assisting with the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

To qualify, candidates should possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, have prior experience in technical support, demonstrate a strong understanding of computer systems and basic networking, and exhibit exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
