Job Description
Vlead is a dynamic online e-commerce company dedicated to providing customers with exquisite products. We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-oriented professional to enhance our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries through email, chat, and social media, as well as assisting with product details, order status, returns, and exchanges. You will also play a key role in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently.
Candidates should have prior customer service experience, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.
This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary between Rs35,00.00 and Rs40,00.00.
