Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Business Analyst Intern to join FAIRCHANCE FOR CRM. In this role, you will collaborate with both IT and business teams to capture and document business needs, transforming them into actionable IT requirements. This position offers hands-on experience in enhancing business processes through innovative technology solutions.
Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include analyzing and documenting business processes, developing project specifications, assisting in the implementation of technology solutions, supporting system testing, and ensuring up-to-date documentation.
Qualifications: Applicants should be current Bachelor’s or Master’s degree students in relevant fields, possess strong analytical skills, and show a genuine interest in technology.
