Job Description

Traditions by Saleem Fabrics is looking for a skilled Payroll Associate to become a valuable member of our Human Resources team. In this role, you will oversee and manage the company’s payroll data, which includes tracking employee work hours, preparing compensation checks, and addressing inquiries related to wages and deductions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately collect and calculate employee work hours, benefits, and deductions.
• Prepare compensation checks and comprehensive payroll reports.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations at both the company and state levels.
• Address employee inquiries regarding compensation matters.
• Manage EOBI and Social Security issues for staff.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, prior experience in payroll processing, strong mathematical skills, and excellent communication skills are essential.
