Job Description
Amanah Mall is in search of a Senior Manager – Project Sales to spearhead our sales initiatives, drive revenue for our apartment projects, and nurture client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute strategic sales plans.
- Establish and maintain relationships with buyers, brokers, and investors.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate on marketing strategies.
- Present properties and conduct site visits.
- Negotiate terms and track sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; an MBA is preferred.
- Over 5 years of project sales experience.
- Demonstrated sales success and in-depth knowledge of the property market.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation capabilities.
