Job Description
Fun City is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Guest Relations Officer to enhance our customers’ experiences. In this role, you will:
- Serve as a vital link between customers and Fun City.
- Showcase our products while addressing customer inquiries.
- Utilize CRM software to track potential leads.
- Report weekly sales performance to the Centre Manager.
- Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and obtain referrals.
- Exhibit a friendly and courteous demeanor at all times.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication or a related field, coupled with 2+ years of experience in outbound sales.
Key skills require knowledge of SEO, proficiency in media editing software, and excellent communication skills.
