Job Description
SmartTalent is on the lookout for a dedicated Manager of Customer Experience to oversee our dynamic, high-volume support team across various channels including voice, email, chat, and social media. In this role, you will enhance team performance and ensure exceptional customer journeys, particularly during peak sales periods and seasonal promotions.
Requirements:
– 5-7 years of experience in eCommerce customer service.
– Demonstrated leadership in customer experience teams and operations.
– Strong analytical abilities with metrics such as CSAT, NPS, FCR, AHT, and TAT.
– A genuine passion for coaching and pursuing operational excellence.
