Salary: PKR 45,00–50,00/month + Uncapped Incentives + PKR 3,00 Attendance Allowance
Shift Options: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT, 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM PKT
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot issues according to escalation protocols.
- Keep accurate records in our CRM system.
- Maintain compliance with quality standards.
Qualifications: Fluent in English, basic computer skills, available for night shifts, and a commitment to training.
