Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive LABSA Shift Engineer to oversee and manage the daily operations of our LABSA (Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulfonic Acid) production process. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal equipment performance while adhering to safety and quality standards throughout their shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operations of LABSA production equipment.
- Quickly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality protocols.
- Conduct routine inspections and equipment assessments.
- Collaborate with team members for efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in chemical plant operations (LABSA experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
