Job Description
Talent Ibex is currently looking for a committed Fraud and Risk Agent to oversee and analyze transactions for any unusual or suspicious activity. In this position, you will be responsible for investigating potential fraud cases and working alongside various teams to strengthen our preventive measures. This role requires flexible shift availability, including nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor transactions for high-risk activities.
- Investigate fraud cases and suspicious behaviors.
- Analyze fraud trends and assist in developing prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes.
Qualifications:
- 0-1 years of experience in fraud detection or risk management.
