Job Description
EcoEnergy Systems is actively seeking a talented HR Executive with a strong background in BPO recruitment for our UK and USA campaigns. The ideal candidate will oversee the complete recruitment process for call center positions using diverse sourcing methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
- Maintain comprehensive recruitment tracking and reporting.
- Facilitate the onboarding process and address HR-related inquiries.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in BPO recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to work onsite during night shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
