Job Description
TecNex Solutions is currently seeking motivated individuals for the position of Customer Service Representative in our ACA-Healthcare campaign. This full-time role requires availability for the night shift, from 6:30 PM to 4:30 AM, and offers a competitive salary between $40,00 and $100,00 per month, in addition to performance-based bonuses.
Your responsibilities will include making outbound calls to provide prospective customers with critical information about ACA services and generating high-quality leads. Strong English communication skills and a results-driven mentality are essential for success in this role. While prior call center experience is beneficial, we welcome applications from enthusiastic newcomers.
Please note that this position is in-office, located at Rani Arcade, Chandni Chowk, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi.
