Excellence Delivered is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to oversee our front desk operations and assist with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will warmly welcome visitors, promptly answer phone calls, maintain an organized reception area, and aid in scheduling appointments.
Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors, manage incoming and outgoing calls, keep the reception area tidy, and assist with appointment scheduling.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate with relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office, and outstanding communication skills.
