Job Description
Matacs Technologies Inc is seeking a dedicated and professional Client Support & Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound client calls, facilitating effective communication, assisting in scheduling meetings, and maintaining detailed logs of client interactions. Strong collaboration with internal teams is essential for efficiently addressing client concerns.
Candidates should possess 1–3 years of experience in client support or customer service, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred. A willingness to travel locally for client support is required.
