Job Description
Business Ventures is currently seeking a skilled Call Center & Outsourcing Manager to oversee our night shift operations based in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. This role requires an individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience in call center and outsourcing management.
Location: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad
Shift: Night Shift (Onsite Only)
Experience Required: 3 Years (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the call center operations during the night shift.
- Facilitate outsourcing coordination with various stakeholders.
- Drive performance metrics and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Provide support to team leads and agents to enhance efficiency.
