Join N.G FOOD AND BEVERAGES INDUSTRIES (PVT) LTD. as an Assistant Manager in Talent Acquisition. We are seeking a proactive individual to work closely with hiring managers and enhance our recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess staffing needs and specific role requirements.
• Develop and post job advertisements.
• Source and evaluate candidates; conduct preliminary interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Perform reference checks and maintain accurate recruitment databases.

Requirements:
