Job Description
Noah Pro Max is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Associate to enhance our Human Resources team in day-to-day operations. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient HR processes and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with comprehensive recruitment and interview processes.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.
- Address routine employee inquiries efficiently.
Requirements: 0–2 years of HR experience; proficiency in MS Office.
