Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Stewarding Supervisor to become a part of our team at Dreamworld Resort Hotel & Golf Course. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in kitchen and dining operations, with a focus on cleanliness, organization, and effective team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the stewarding team to uphold exceptional cleanliness standards.
- Inspect kitchen equipment and ensure adherence to proper cleaning protocols.
- Mentor and train team members while conducting regular inspections of facilities.
Education & Experience:
- Diploma in Hotel Management.
- 3-5 years of experience in the hotel industry, with a preference for candidates with leadership experience.
