Job Description
Nutrifactor Laboratories (Pvt) Limited is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will engage with customers through phone, email, and chat, ensuring they receive accurate and timely information regarding our diverse range of nutraceutical products.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition, or Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) is required. We encourage fresh graduates to apply!
Responsibilities: Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, assisting with order placements, addressing complaints, and collecting feedback to enhance our service.
