Job Description
Nextech Packages is in search of an experienced Head of Gravure Operations to oversee our gravure printing facility in Sahiwal. This full-time role will focus on planning, supervising, ensuring quality standards, and fostering team development to enhance production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations, schedule jobs, monitor machine performance, and collaborate closely with the Quality Control department.
Qualifications: Applicants should possess a DAE or B.Tech/BSc in Industrial or Printing Technology, along with 8-15 years of relevant experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership position.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranges from Rs200,00.00 to Rs225,00.00.
