Job Description
SMA Engineering & Services is looking for a proficient Quantity Surveyor with a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Engineering, along with 5-8 years of relevant experience in building construction, ideally on government projects from the contractor’s perspective.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing comprehensive cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Submitting Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) accurately.
- Generating Variation Orders (VOs) and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Conducting quantity verification and site measurements.
- Collaborating with site and technical teams effectively.
Essential skills include:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs70,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
