Job Description
Amigos BPO is seeking a tech-savvy Dialer Assistant to enhance the efficiency of our outbound call operations. This role is crucial to our sales team’s success, enabling us to meet our daily objectives.
Position: Dialer Assistant
Shift: 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM (PST) | Night (On-site)
Location: Main Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage dialer systems and support sales operations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to dialer and VoIP performance.
- Produce reports on campaign metrics and productivity.
Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of experience with dialer systems, a solid understanding of VoIP, and excellent communication skills.
