Job Description
AAW is seeking a dedicated and experienced IELTS Trainer to conduct training sessions that empower students to achieve exceptional IELTS band scores. This position operates on a performance-based compensation model, offering 50% of net profits after expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging instruction for both Academic and General Training modules.
- Facilitate classes emphasizing Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking skills.
- Develop customized practice materials tailored to the diverse needs of students.
- Assess student performance and provide individualized feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
Qualifications: A BS or MA in a relevant discipline, a minimum of one year of IELTS training experience, and exceptional English communication skills. Certification from recognized institutions is preferred.
