Job Description
We are looking for a welcoming and organized Front Desk Officer to become a part of our team. In this role, you will create a friendly atmosphere by greeting visitors and managing a multi-line phone system. Your responsibilities will include signing in guests, handling mail and packages, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the reception area remains organized.
Additionally, you may assist with travel arrangements, coordinate office maintenance, and help maintain a secure environment for our visitors.
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from Rs30,00.00 to Rs50,00.00, and in-person attendance is required.
