Job Description
SKIN XPERTS is currently in search of a dedicated Chat Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, hold an intermediate or graduate degree, and be fluent in Urdu, with a mid-level proficiency in English.
Key responsibilities include:
- Promptly addressing customer inquiries via WhatsApp in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer concerns and managing all messages effectively.
- Confirming orders and providing updates on status to customers.
- Promoting products and generating sales.
- Delivering outstanding customer service.
