Job Description
COTHM is on the lookout for an exceptional Head of Operations to spearhead our team and ensure both academic and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication, presentation, and project management skills, paired with strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
Key responsibilities will encompass curriculum design, implementation, quality assurance, and digital marketing strategies. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field and possess 7 to 10 years of experience. Preference will be given to those with a background in NAVTTC, TEVTA, PSDF, or NGOs within the TVET sector.

Salary: Rs200,00.00 – Rs250,00.00 per month
