Job Description
IBSTEC is seeking an experienced RCM Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires a professional capable of independently managing the entire Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process. The ideal candidate will engage confidently in virtual discussions with providers to address technical inquiries and enhance financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the RCM process, from patient registration to payment posting.
- Analyze claim denials and underpayments.
- Facilitate virtual meetings to assess and improve performance.
- Ensure adherence to payer policies and compliance regulations.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in RCM.
- Exceptional communication skills.
Work Hours: 6 AM to 3 PM (Monday to Friday). Location: Zafar Ali Road, Gulberg V, Lahore.
