Job Description
Job Purpose: The MTO-Accounts Receivable role is designed for those seeking to develop their skills in receivables operations, cash flow optimization, and customer relationship management. Trainees will gain hands-on experience in invoicing, collections, credit assessment, and AR automation systems, with opportunities to rotate through various finance functions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate and distribute precise invoices utilizing ERP systems.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Monitor aging reports and proactively reach out to customers regarding overdue payments.
- Accurately apply payments to customer accounts and reconcile remittances.
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness and maintain up-to-date customer records.
Skills Required: Strong analytical, accounting, and organizational skills are essential for effective financial operations.
Position Qualifications: ACCA Part Qualified, MBA, M.Com, BBA, CA Inter, ACMA Inter.
